Located in Tama City, Tokyo, our preschool's educational policy is to "grow up with nature in a spiritually rich environment. The school yard has large trees and a stream, providing children with opportunities to sharpen their senses by playing outdoors every day.
The characteristic feature of our childcare program is the "fusion of food education and environmental education. Every day, we prepare "homemade lunch boxes" using vegetables grown in the school's vegetable garden, and children learn the importance of food through the entire experience from harvesting to cooking. In addition, "Satoyama Exploration" is held every season to increase children's interest in nature by observing insects and plants.
For children with special needs, we have a system in place to create "individualized childcare plans" and provide guidance in collaboration with speech therapists and occupational therapists. Many parents have commented that their children have become brighter and more active, and that they have gained the ability to make decisions and act on their own.
